Colleagues describe me as a reliable, charismatic and determined team player with excellent communication skills. Before working in Financial Services, I was responsible for the customer experience at GoDaddy, Ireland and the English learning experience of students in Spain.
I am curious about human behaviour and answering challenging, complex questions.

As a twin, I have always been aware of the needs of others. I’m empathetic and enjoy being around people. I am passionate about supporting the grief community. I currently volunteer at the Bereaved Families of Toronto charity providing peer-to-peer support to those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. On weekends you can find me hiking, biking and swimming in and around Lake Ontario. I'm an avid traveler and have visited 26 countries and counting. I speak Spanish and I'm currently learning French.
